Drag a chip onto the drawing at right — the drop zone it belongs to lights up while you drag. Finishes swap the whole surface; site pieces drop where you let go and also appear on the Site Plan sheet.

Drag the piece on the map to move it. Arrow keys nudge it a foot at a time.
Create a clean site or save the current parcel, hotel fit, and pro forma. Saving requires a signed-in account.
Goal100
Actual100
The goal is your requested key count. Actual is the buildable count after SiteSpace snaps rooms to complete structural bays across the selected floors, so the floor plates stay fully used.
Up to 15 floors; room goal increases when needed to keep 10 rooms per floor.
Split the same key count into 1–10 parallel wings with courtyards between them — helps the program fit deep or tight parcels. Drag, rotate, and resize move the whole group. Keys, budget, and pro forma stay whole-project.
Exterior: a code-sized 14'×12' masonry enclosure (8-yd bin, 6' screen walls, 12' gate) on the rear service face with a clear 20' truck approach — no stall is allowed to block it. Interior: a ~180 SF ground-floor trash room inside the building, which frees the exterior pad and its approach for parking.

Palette: Shumard oak / red maple street trees · Dwarf yaupon holly massing · Liriope border · Bermuda or fescue sod
Sets how many planted islands break up the lot: None removes them, Heavy adds mid-row planters. Row-end caps put a landscaped island at the head of every parking row (TestFit style).
Address and parking feed the active project model. Land price is locked to the project record; parcel acreage is calculated from the map. Clear ceilings: 10'-0" on L1 and 8'-0" above.
A carousel tower is used only when it increases maximum site capacity and its complete clearance package fits: 26' × 40' planning pad, 24' clear approach, 20' × 8' transfer bay, adjacent 5' loading aisle, 10' clear short-face entrance, and 9'6" vertical route. 12 cars per tower, ≈45' tall, ≈$300K installed (~$25K/stall) — budgetary planning before vendor, fire, accessibility, structural, and AHJ approval.
← All StandardAll Executive →
Slide to set the Standard ↔ Executive ratio. Executive rooms include a private en-suite bath; those floors stack from the top.
Creates a full-height open parking podium beneath the guest floors, with drive-in openings, a continuous vehicle aisle, structural columns, and the lobby/elevator/stair/service cores retained.
Drinks / windows: full-height fixed glass with a beverage counter. Food truck: opening glass doors, with drinks on the side return. Both keep the central approach clear.
Sizes an on-site washer/dryer room for hotel sheets and towels from the active room count.
Adds a self-service washer/dryer room beside the ground-floor elevator. Linen storage shifts east; switch off to restore its original position.
Compare the end-core lobby with two workout stations or a compact service layout. Laundry and the refrigerated counter shift left when workout stations are off.
Off replaces the dining setup with one small lobby table and reclaims room bays. Workout is independent.
A 102-inch front-return sheet ironer, approximately 126 × 27 × 44 inches, is included by default. Blue/red styling follows the reference; dimensions use Fagor PS-35/260 M PLUS. Select No for the small ironing setup. Final services and clearances depend on the purchased model.
Exterior treatment — blue facade is the default; the base band keeps a real wood texture. Aluminum storefront entry stays constant.
Swaps the one-storey band at the base of the building: wood lap siding, modular red face brick, dry-stacked ledgestone, ribbed metal panel, or none (the stucco field runs to grade). The stucco field and the coping above it never change — that is the part that keeps the building recognisable from market to market.
Structural standing seam at 1/2:12 — double the minimum slope that profile is rated for, and 15" of rise across a 30' depth, so it stays hidden behind the 48" parapet. Falls north, away from the entrance, into a concealed gutter. The array clamps to the seams: no roof penetrations at all, and roughly 3–4 psf less dead load than ballast. TPO is the flat 60-mil membrane with ballasted racking — cheaper up front, about half the service life.
Sun solved for the site latitude and today's date — the shadow is the shadow it would really throw. Overcast and rain drop the cast shadow, because they do.
Turns the raised tilted PV field on or off on the roof plan and 3D model.
